Business Loan Application
Prior to late 2018 businesses could only apply for a loan from this large Twin Cities based financial institution by visiting a branch. When the first part of the online loan application went live in late 2018 it only accommodated one business owner on the application. The following examples are the user flows I created to accommodate multiple business owners on an application, which launched a few months later.
I worked in an Agile environment with a content strategist, researcher, visual designer, and front end developer as well as many business team members and back end developers to create this and other related solutions.
