PROGRAM AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT Application

The previous version of this web application was old, neglected, and cumbersome to interact with but people still used it daily to view the status or make updates to projects and programs. After interviewing users, it was clear they had many work-arounds in attempt to make the system work better for them.

Users of this system are Project Managers, Program Managers, and Executives responsible for projects and programs.

I was the only UX Designer on this project and conducted initial research, created UX documentation, and reviewed deliverables with the project team and executive leaders.

This project used the Agile Methodology.

Landing Page/List of ProGrams 

The landing page for Programs contains a list of programs that can be filtered and displays the most highly needed information at a glance. Expanding a program also gives information about projects that roll up to that program. Users click the program name to view more details about it and make updates to those details. 

Program Detail Page

On this page users may view and interact with the program within the tabbed sections and the expandable areas on each page.
